Job Role
As a Telecaller, your main responsibility is to communicate with students and parents, explain our courses and programs, schedule appointments, and support the admission process in a professional and friendly manner.
You will play an important role in helping students choose the right career path.
Responsibilities
- Contact students and parents through calls and messages
- Explain courses, programs, and admission details clearly
- Follow up with interested candidates regularly
- Schedule appointments and interview/consultation sessions
- Maintain good communication and positive relationships with students
- Update student details and follow-up status properly
- Coordinate with the counseling and admission team
- Handle inquiries politely and professionally
- Support marketing and admission activities when required
✅ Eligibility
- Plus Two / Degree / Any qualification
- Freshers & experienced candidates can apply
- Good communication skills in Malayalam
- Positive attitude and confidence in speaking
- Basic computer knowledge is an added advantage
