About the Role
We are looking for two experienced and detail-oriented Draftsmen to join our team in Thrissur. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of hands-on experience in preparing accurate technical drawings and blueprints. You will collaborate closely with our engineering/architectural team to translate conceptual designs into precise, actionable plans that meet industry standards and project specifications.
Note: This position is for immediate joiners only.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop detailed 2D and 3D technical drawings, layouts, and blueprints using CAD software.
- Convert rough sketches, verbal instructions, and site measurements into accurate construction or manufacturing documents.
- Review and verify drawings for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to incorporate design revisions and feedback.
- Maintain organized, up-to-date project documentation, revision history, and digital filing systems.
- Conduct occasional site visits to gather information and ensure design feasibility.
- Assist in preparing bills of materials (BOM) and cost estimates as required.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a drafting role.
- Education: Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Technical Proficiency: Expert-level command of AutoCAD is mandatory. Familiarity with other design software (e.g., Revit, SolidWorks, or SketchUp) is a significant advantage.
- Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of engineering/architectural drafting principles, construction processes, and industry-specific standards in India.

- Exceptional attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under strict deadlines.
