Role Overview:
The Telecaller Executive will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, guiding customers about our services, generating leads, maintaining client relationships, and supporting the telecalling team to achieve monthly targets. The role demands excellent communication skills, leadership qualities, and a strong customer-focused attitude.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.
- Explain products/services clearly and convincingly to prospective clients.
- Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information.
- Lead Generation & Follow-up
- Contact potential customers and generate qualified leads.
- Maintain follow-up with interested clients to close sales.
- Keep track of daily calls, leads, and conversions.
- Team Support & Training
- Guide and assist junior telecallers in achieving call and conversion targets.
- Share best practices and motivate team members to improve performance.
- Support in training new team members as required.
- Sales & Target Achievement
- Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly call and conversion targets.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services.
- Ensure excellent customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.
- Reporting & Coordination
- Maintain records of calls, leads, and feedback in CRM or reports.
- Provide daily/weekly reports to the team leader or manager.
- Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams for smooth customer handling.
- Professional Conduct
- Maintain a positive attitude and professional tone during all interactions.
- Uphold company values and ensure quality communication at all times.
- Manage time effectively and adhere to call handling guidelines.
Requirements & Skills:
- Minimum 0–1 year of telecalling or telesales experience.
- Excellent communication (Tamil & English preferred).
- Good persuasion, listening, and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
- Leadership skills with a proactive, target-driven mindset.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
