We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Content Writer to join our digital marketing team in Madurai. As a Content Writer at Reach Skyline, you won’t just be "writing articles"—you will be a key architect in our SEO and Social Media paths. You will collaborate daily with our SEO team to drive organic rankings and our Design team to create visually compelling digital experiences.

Detailed Job Roles & Responsibilities1. Strategic Content Creation
- High-Impact Writing: Produce clear, engaging, and original copy for blog posts, website landing pages, and email newsletters.
- Brand Voice Mastery: Adapt your writing tone to suit various client industries, ranging from healthcare and professional services to e-commerce and tech.
- Scripting & Storyboarding: Assist the Video Editing team by drafting scripts for Reels, YouTube Shorts, and brand documentaries.
2. SEO & Technical Integration
- Search Optimization: Naturally integrate keywords provided by the SEO team to improve search visibility without sacrificing readability.
- Metadata Crafting: Write high-CTR (Click-Through Rate) meta titles, descriptions, and alt-text to support technical SEO audits.
- Content Audits: Review existing client content to identify gaps, update outdated information, and improve search rankings.
3. Cross-Departmental Collaboration
- Design Support: Provide the Design team with creative copy and structural briefs for infographics and social media carousels.
- Social Media Synergy: Work with the Social Media Manager to create punchy, viral-ready captions and campaign taglines.
- Data-Driven Adjustments: Use insights from the Junior Business Analyst to refine content strategies based on user behavior and traffic data.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 1–3 years of professional writing experience (Agency experience is a major plus).
- SEO Knowledge: Basic to intermediate understanding of On-Page SEO principles.
- Grammar & Flow: Flawless command of the English language with a sharp eye for editing.
- Adaptability: Ability to switch between creative storytelling and technical, data-driven writing.
- Tools: Familiarity with Google Docs, WordPress, and basic SEO tools (like SEMrush or Ahrefs).
