Job Overview
We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Telecaller to connect with prospective and existing customers, generate leads, promote products/services, and provide customer support over the phone.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers.
- Explain products/services and answer customer inquiries.
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
- Follow up with customers and maintain relationships.
- Update customer information and call records in the database.
- Meet daily and monthly performance targets.
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to work with targets.
- Experience in telecalling or customer service is a plus (Freshers can apply).
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
