Manage and update all inbound leads in the company CRM

Ensure leads are properly assigned, tagged, and tracked

Conduct initial qualification calls to understand client requirements

Schedule meetings for the senior sales team

Follow up consistently on open leads

Maintain accurate communication records inside CRM

Generate daily and weekly lead status reports

Ensure no lead is left unattended or untracked

Coordinate between sales and marketing teams

Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or CRM operations

Understanding of sales processes

Good communication skills (English required)
