About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and organized Office Administrator to manage daily office operations efficiently. The ideal candidate will have strong academic knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle administrative tasks while ensuring smooth interaction with parents, staff, and vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Handle enquiries from parents, provide timely information, and maintain professional communication.
- Maintain and organize office records, files, and documentation.
- Respond to incoming calls, emails, and messages professionally.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Support HR and finance teams with basic administrative tasks.
- Maintain office supplies and coordinate with vendors for procurement.
- Ensure office equipment is functional and arrange maintenance when needed.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as required.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in office administration or related field.
- Strong academic knowledge; educational background preferred in [specify, e.g., commerce, management, or general administration].
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially in interacting with parents.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Monday to Saturday

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
