Job Summary:
We are looking for a Receptionist Cum Admin Executive to manage front desk operations along with day-to-day administrative activities. The ideal candidate should be well-organized, presentable, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage front desk operations including visitor handling and call management
- Maintain and monitor employee attendance records
- Handle administrative tasks and ensure smooth office operations
- Manage admin-related bills (vendor bills, utility bills, etc.)
- Maintain and track petty cash expenses
- Handle documentation and record keeping
- Coordinate with internal teams for office administration requirements
- Manage courier, stationery, and office supplies
- Handle emails and communication professionally
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in receptionist/admin role
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Presentable and professional attitude

- Immediate joiners
- Candidates residing in or near Gandhidham
