We are seeking an experienced Senior AI Marketing Operations & Creative Experimentation Specialist to join our marketing team and establish a scalable, data-driven creative optimization framework across our digital marketing channels.
This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about Performance Marketing, A/B Testing, AI-assisted creative workflows, campaign experimentation, and marketing operations. You will be responsible for defining and managing the end-to-end creative testing process—from campaign briefing and AI-assisted ideation to structured experimentation, performance reporting, and continuous optimization.
Working closely with the Theme Lead, Marketing, Creative, Product, and Analytics teams, you will build standardized workflows that improve campaign efficiency, accelerate creative production, and maximize marketing performance through measurable experimentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Define, implement, and continuously improve the organization's creative A/B testing framework across paid marketing channels.
- Establish standardized A/B testing cadences, including weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly experimentation cycles to ensure continuous creative optimization.
- Develop structured campaign briefing templates that clearly define campaign objectives, target audiences, messaging, deliverables, testing variables, and success metrics.
- Create and maintain AI-assisted briefing workflows using Claude to generate creative concepts, messaging angles, headlines, hooks, copy variations, and testing hypotheses.
- Collaborate with the Theme Lead to review, prioritize, and approve AI-generated creative concepts before production.
- Define a standardized creative review and approval process to ensure alignment with brand guidelines, campaign objectives, and business priorities.
- Coordinate with Design, Video, UI/UX, and Marketing teams to ensure creative assets are produced according to approved briefs and testing plans.
- Design structured experimentation plans covering creative concepts, messaging, visual styles, landing pages, offers, audiences, and call-to-action variations.
- Monitor experiment performance and ensure tests are executed with statistically reliable methodologies and consistent documentation.
- Develop standardized result reporting formats, including campaign summaries, test hypotheses, key performance metrics, insights, winning variations, business impact, and recommended next actions.
- Analyze campaign performance using KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, ROAS, Conversion Rate, CAC, and Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) to identify optimization opportunities.
- Build and maintain documentation for creative briefs, AI prompts, testing frameworks, experiment results, best practices, and optimization roadmaps.
- Identify opportunities to improve AI-assisted marketing workflows and continuously evaluate emerging AI tools and technologies that enhance creative production and marketing performance.
- Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure consistent execution of experimentation processes across all marketing initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Digital Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- 4+ years of experience in Performance Marketing, Growth Marketing, Marketing Operations, Creative Strategy, or Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
- Proven experience designing and executing structured A/B testing and experimentation programs.
- Strong understanding of creative testing methodologies, marketing analytics, and campaign optimization.
- Hands-on experience with paid advertising platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Amazon Ads, or similar platforms.
- Experience using AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, or equivalent platforms for campaign planning, creative ideation, and workflow automation.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and translate findings into actionable marketing strategies.
- Experience developing marketing dashboards, reporting frameworks, and executive performance summaries.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project coordination skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience establishing creative operations or marketing experimentation frameworks within an agency or in-house marketing team.
- Experience collaborating with Creative Directors, Theme Leads, Design, Video, Product, and Development teams.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Microsoft Clarity, Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytics platforms.
- Experience in D2C, E-commerce, Consumer Technology, SaaS, or high-growth digital businesses.
- Passion for AI-assisted marketing, experimentation, and continuous process improvement.
