Positions AvailableTeam Leader
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and guide the collections team to achieve monthly recovery targets.
- Monitor team performance and productivity.
- Coordinate with bank officials and management for recovery activities.
- Ensure compliance with collection and recovery guidelines.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
Collection Executive (Field Executive)
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle overdue loan accounts and follow up with customers for payment recovery.
- Conduct field visits and customer meetings for collections.
- Negotiate settlements and collect payments as per company guidelines.
- Update collection status and customer feedback in the system.
- Achieve assigned recovery and collection targets.
Telecaller
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact customers regarding overdue loan payments.
- Follow up on payment commitments (PTPs).
- Explain outstanding dues, settlement offers, and payment options.
- Maintain accurate call records and update customer responses.
- Support the collection team in achieving recovery targets.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in collections, recovery, or telecalling.
- DRA Certified candidates will be preferred.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or above.
- Candidates should be proactive, disciplined, and customer-focused.
