- Assess the patient's physical, emotional, and psychosocial needs during home visits.
- Administer chemotherapy, medications, and other treatments as prescribed (when qualified and authorized).
- Monitor symptoms, treatment side effects, and changes in the patient's condition.
- Manage pain and provide comfort measures to improve the patient's quality of life.
- Educate patients and family members about cancer care, medications, nutrition, and symptom management.
- Perform wound care, catheter care, and other specialized nursing procedures at home.
- Coordinate care with oncologists, primary care providers, and other healthcare professionals.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient assessments, treatments, and progress.
- Provide emotional support, counseling, and end-of-life or palliative care when needed.
- Advocate for patient safety, promote infection prevention, and encourage adherence to the treatment plan.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
