About the Role
We are looking for a result-driven SEO Executive to join our growing digital team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of search engine algorithms, keyword strategies, and on-page/off-page SEO techniques. You will play a key role in improving website visibility, driving organic traffic, and generating qualified leads for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities
- Implement on-page SEO strategies (meta tags, content optimization, internal linking, URL structuring)
- Execute off-page SEO activities including link building, directory submissions, and outreach
- Perform technical SEO audits and work with developers to fix issues
- Monitor website performance using tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console
- Track rankings, traffic, and conversions; prepare detailed SEO performance reports
- Optimize content for SEO including blogs, landing pages, and website copy
- Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices
- Collaborate with content, design, and marketing teams for integrated campaigns
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of SEO principles and ranking factors
- Hands-on experience with tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar
- Understanding of HTML, CSS basics (preferred but not mandatory)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and reporting abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, or related field
- Certification in SEO or Digital Marketing
- Experience working with WordPress or CMS platforms
