Key Job Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Follow-up: Reach out to prospective patients to explain Madhavbaug’s multidisciplinary cardiac care, diabetes reversal, and Panchakarma therapies.
- Appointment Scheduling: Book, confirm, and reschedule patient consultations with in-house Ayurvedic doctors.
- Patient Support: Address inquiries regarding clinic services, treatment plans, and health camps.
- Database Management: Log call details, update patient records, and maintain follow-up schedules.
Typical Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Minimum 12th Pass to Graduate
- Skills: Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and a polite, empathetic tone when discussing health matters.
- Languages: Fluency in local languages (Marathi, Hindi) is highly desired
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
