Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive Project Coordinator to support the execution of commercial interior fit-out projects. The candidate will work closely with the Project Manager to ensure smooth coordination, timely delivery, and quality execution of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in execution of commercial interior fit-out projects
- Support in preparing project plans, schedules, and timelines
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, contractors, and internal teams
- Track site progress and maintain daily/weekly reports
- Ensure availability of materials and drawings as per schedule
- Maintain project documentation and reports
- Assist in quality checks and safety compliance
- Conduct site visits and resolve basic on-site issues
- Follow up with vendors for timely completion
Required Skills:
- 0–3 years experience in interior fit-out projects
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, and project coordination tools
- Understanding of materials and construction processes
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks
Preferred:
- Degree in Interior Design or Civil Engineering
- Experience in commercial interior projects
