Blue-Collar Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring for frontline and operational roles such as helpers, technicians, drivers, warehouse staff, and delivery executives.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar roles (bulk hiring).
- Source candidates through:
- Job portals
- Field hiring / local sourcing
- Referral networks
- Conduct initial screening and interviews.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
- Organize and manage walk-in drives and hiring camps.
- Maintain a pipeline of candidates for ongoing requirements.
- Ensure quick turnaround time (TAT) for closures.
- Handle documentation and onboarding processes.
- Track and report hiring metrics (daily/weekly closures, pipeline, etc.).
- Build relationships with local communities for continuous hiring.
Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
