Job Description: Responsibilities / Scope for Azure Virtual Desktop
- Provide steady-state Level 2 (L2) user support for incidents for in scope Services for AVD management issues, including patch management, configuration, compliance, and reporting. Delivering services through a structured operational model to ensure: Optimal performance, Enhanced user productivity.
- Service Availability, Compliance Report
- Monitor AVD infrastructure, performance and availability
- Patch management
- Performance tuning to enhance user productivity
- Enforce Compliance policies as approved by Customer
- Reporting Services as agreed
- User Experience
- Monitor User Experience from tool provided by Customer. Propose ideas to enhance User experience
- Problem Management
- Trend Analysis of tickets managed and identification of Automation candidates
- Service Window
- Deliver 24x5 support – Shift based support Service Team
- On-call support for Priority 1 incidents outside the standard service window
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
