About the Role
We are looking for skilled DevOps Engineers to contribute to a dynamic customer project focused on scalable, modern cloud infrastructure and next-generation AI systems.
You’ll apply your DevOps expertise to real-world production-style scenarios and help evaluate and improve AI-generated technical solutions. Prior AI experience is not required- strong hands-on DevOps knowledge is what matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and resolve production-style DevOps tasks involving CI/CD, containers, orchestration, IaC, monitoring and incident response.
- Develop working reference solutions with clear setup and validation steps.
- Review AI-generated technical outputs, identify issues and provide precise corrections.
- Maintain high standards for code quality, reliability and reproducibility.
- Provide structured feedback to improve future task design and AI performance.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of professional experience in DevOps, SRE, Platform, or Infrastructure Engineering.
- Strong coding ability in Python, Go, Bash or TypeScript.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI or Jenkins.
- Practical experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Strong knowledge of Linux and Git.
- Infrastructure as Code experience with Terraform, Ansible, Pulumi or CloudFormation.
- Experience with at least one major cloud platform: AWS, GCP or Azure.
- Strong professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Availability of at least 20 hours per week.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog or Open Telemetry.
- Knowledge of security, secrets management or platform reliability.
- Open-source contributions or technical writing experience.
- Previous experience with AI training data or model evaluation.
