Role and impact:
In this dynamic role, you will actively support and drive periodic forecasting and budgeting processes for the APAC and China region. You will collaborate closely with commercial stakeholders to enhance financial transparency and profitability through key performance indicators (KPIs) and diligent analysis of topline and cost development. Your responsibilities include communicating sales performance insights to management and sales representatives, enabling profitability-driven decision making. You will monitor and report financial and operational performance monthly to management and relevant stakeholders, develop and present management reporting, dashboards, and performance insights, and work with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze both financial and non-financial KPIs, such as costs, receivables, and headcount. Additionally, you will conduct various analyses to support decision-making processes, participate in and lead key business-related projects, and handle other ad hoc tasks as required. Your analytical skills and business acumen will be instrumental in optimizing Topsoe’s value creation and supporting strategic decisions across the region.

We are looking for:
- A master’s degree in economics and business administration or a similar relevant field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent business partnering and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive personality with the ability to work across different cultures and countries.
- The ability to maintain a high-level view of business complexities while paying attention to details.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, and ThinkCell.
- A track record of taking responsibility and getting things done.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with fluency in English.
Knowledge in Chinese or Mandarin would be an advantage but not a requirement. Your drive, attention to detail, and ability to translate complex data into actionable insights will make you a valuable member of our team.
