About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to generate new business opportunities through strategic prospecting, client outreach, and relationship building. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with LinkedIn Outreach and Networking, cold calling, and email campaigns, with the ability to build a qualified sales pipeline and support revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting
Identify, research, and generate high-quality leads using LinkedIN Outreach and Networking and other prospecting platforms.
Build and maintain a targeted database of prospective clients across relevant industries.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
LinkedIn Outreach & Networking
Connect with CXOs, HR professionals, procurement teams, and key decision-makers through LinkedIn.
Build and nurture professional relationships by initiating meaningful conversations.
Expand the company's professional network through consistent engagement and follow-ups.
Draft personalized LinkedIn messages to improve response and conversion rates.
Client Communication & Appointment Setting
Reach out to prospective clients through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn messages, and other outbound channels.
Introduce the company's services, understand client requirements, and identify business opportunities.
Execute multi-channel outreach campaigns with personalized messaging.
Schedule qualified meetings and appointments for the Business Development team.
Maintain consistent follow-ups to nurture prospects until meeting closure.
Sales Pipeline & CRM Management
Build, track, and manage the complete sales pipeline using CRM tools.
Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, follow-ups, meetings, and conversions.
Prepare periodic reports on outreach activities, pipeline status, and sales performance.
Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements to increase conversions.
Sales Support
Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, capability decks, and client documents.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely responses to client requirements.
Support the complete sales cycle from lead generation through client onboarding.
Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to align outreach with business campaigns and revenue goals.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
1–4 years of experience in Business Development, Inside Sales, Lead Generation, or B2B Sales.
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Outreach and Networking.
Strong cold calling, email outreach, appointment setting, and follow-up skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience using CRM platforms and sales tracking tools.
Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple prospects and consistently achieve targets.
Self-motivated, organized, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
