HashHackCode is looking for a Graphic Designer & Illustrator to create high-quality visuals for our learning programs, marketing campaigns, digital platforms, and offline materials. This role is ideal for someone who can combine strong design fundamentals with original illustration skills.

Your roles and responsibilities:
- Graphic Design: Create visual designs for social media, presentations, brochures, posters, worksheets, learning materials, and other digital/offline collaterals.
- Illustration: Develop original illustrations, icons, characters, visual elements, and educational graphics for learning and marketing use.
- Learning Content Support: Work with the Learning & Development team to design student-friendly visuals, lesson assets, activity sheets, and course materials.
- Marketing Design: Conceptualize and execute creative collaterals for campaigns, events, workshops, social media, email, and promotional materials.
- Visual Storytelling: Convert ideas, messages, and learning concepts into clear, engaging, and visually appealing designs.
- Brand Consistency: Maintain HashHackCode’s visual identity across all design outputs, including typography, colors, layout, spacing, and illustration style.
- Creative Research: Stay updated with design trends, digital content formats, social media aesthetics, and visual communication practices.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, content, video, and learning teams to bring ideas to life.
What we require:
- Experience: Minimum 3+ years of experience in graphic design, illustration, visual design, or a related creative role.
- Design tools: Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, and other design tools. Knowledge of Figma, InDesign, or Procreate is a plus.
- Strong fundamentals: Good understanding of typography, color, layout, composition, hierarchy, spacing, and visual balance.
- Illustration skills: Ability to create original illustrations and adapt styles based on project needs.
- Creative thinking: Strong conceptual and artistic skills with attention to detail.
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing graphic design, illustration, digital creatives, and/or educational design work.
- Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Team collaboration: Ability to take feedback, work with multiple teams, and deliver designs within timelines.
