Job Summary
We are looking for a Student Counsellor to guide prospective students in choosing the right training programs. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to build strong relationships with students.
Responsibilities
- Counsel students on available courses and career opportunities.
- Handle inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, and walk-ins.
- Follow up with prospective students and convert leads into admissions.
- Maintain student records and provide excellent customer service.
- Coordinate with the admissions team to ensure a smooth enrollment process.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Freshers or candidates with 1–2 years of experience in counselling, customer service, or sales are welcome to apply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office.
- Passion for helping students achieve their career goals.
Work Location: Vyttila, Kochi
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
