Job Description
As a Telecaller + Visa Counselor at Urban Immigration, you will play a key role in assisting clients with their immigration and visa requirements. Your responsibilities will include:
- Making outbound calls to prospective clients and following up on generated leads.
- Handling inbound inquiries and converting them into successful enrollments.
- Explaining immigration services, visa programs, eligibility criteria, documentation requirements, and application procedures.
- Understanding clients' profiles and recommending the most suitable visa options.
- Counseling clients regarding Study Visas, Tourist Visas, Work Permits, PR, and other immigration services.
- Scheduling appointments and coordinating with the sales and documentation teams.
- Maintaining accurate records of client interactions in the CRM system.
- Achieving monthly calling, counseling, and conversion targets.
- Providing excellent customer service throughout the client's immigration journey.
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in Immigration Telecalling, Visa Counseling.
- Experience in immigration sales or counseling will be given preference.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong interpersonal and customer handling skills.
- Target-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling skills.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
