We are seeking a passionate and experienced Head Bakery Chef to lead our bakery operations in C Scheme, Jaipur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and baking a wide range of products including breads, rolls, pastries, cakes, cookies, and other baked goods.
Key duties include accurately measuring and mixing ingredients according to recipes, decorating cakes and pastries using creative techniques, and developing innovative and seasonal menu offerings.
The Head Bakery Chef will monitor oven temperatures and baking times to ensure perfect results and maintain consistent quality and presentation standards. Maintaining cleanliness, organization, and adherence to food safety and sanitation guidelines is essential.
The role also involves managing inventory, ordering baking supplies, minimizing wastage, and controlling costs. Additionally, the candidate will train and supervise junior bakers or assistants, ensuring teamwork, efficiency, and high production standards. Strong leadership skills and hands-on baking expertise are required.
