Job Summary:
International Institute of Fashion Technology (IIFT), Bhopal is looking for a qualified and experienced Personality Development (PD) Trainer for a short-term contractual assignment at its Kohefiza branch.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct personality development and soft skills training sessions
- Train students in communication and presentation skills
- Guide students on interview preparation and professional grooming
- Support confidence building and student engagement activities
- Deliver interactive classroom sessions
Required Skills:
- Strong communication
- Knowledge of personality development and soft skills training
- Good presentation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to engage and motivate students
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline
- Previous experience in PD training or soft skills training preferred
- Good command of English and Hindi communication
- Candidates based in Bhopal preferred
