Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Consultant with deep hands-on expertise in S/4HANA New Asset Accounting (FI-AA) to support and drive global S/4HANA implementations. The ideal candidate will combine strong functional knowledge, business acumen, and stakeholder management skills, and be comfortable working in a SAFe / Agile delivery setup across multiple geographies.
Key ResponsibilitiesSAP FICO – Asset Accounting

Lead and deliver S/4HANA New Asset Accounting implementations/enhancement, including:

Organizational structures and chart of depreciation

Asset classes, depreciation areas, and parallel valuation
-
Integration with General Ledger (New GL), Controlling, and Logistics
-
Configure and support end-to-end Asset Accounting processes:
-
Asset acquisition, capitalization, transfer, revaluation, retirement, and depreciation runs

Drive solution design, and functional specifications aligned with business requirements
Business & Stakeholder Engagement
-
Act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders.

Translate business requirements into scalable SAP S/4HANA solutions

Participate in workshops, design reviews, and steering discussions with global stakeholders
Agile / SAFe Ways of Working

Work within a SAFe Agile framework, collaborating with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and cross-functional teams

Contribute to PI planning, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and reviews
-
Support continuous improvement, automation, and simplification initiatives
Governance & Quality

Ensure adherence to solution standards, design principles, and best practices

Support audit requirements and financial controls related to Asset Accounting

Mentor junior consultants and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team
