Job Purpose
Support end-to-end HR statutory compliance, contractor governance and CLMS administration, ensuring accurate records, timely submissions and closure of compliance gaps.
Key Responsibilities
· Administer contractor and worker onboarding, document verification, renewals and deployment controls through CLMS.
· Monitor compliance with applicable labour laws, including contract labour, wages, PF, ESIC, PT and LWF requirements.
· Conduct monthly contractor compliance checks covering attendance, wage records, statutory challans, returns, licences and registers.
· Track non-compliance, coordinate corrective actions and escalate overdue or critical observations.
· Maintain statutory records, compliance trackers, audit evidence, MIS and management dashboards.
· Coordinate with contractors, HR, Finance, Security and Operations; support inspections and audits.
Mandatory Knowledge and Skills
· Working knowledge of Indian labour laws and contractor statutory compliance.
· Hands-on knowledge of CLMS, contractor onboarding and workforce documentation.
· Good Excel skills, including lookups, PivotTables, reconciliation and MIS reporting.
· Strong attention to detail, follow-up, documentation and stakeholder communication.
Preferred Experience
2 to 4 years in HR compliance, statutory compliance or contractor workforce management. Experience in airport, infrastructure, logistics, manufacturing or another large workforce environment will be preferred.
Key Performance Indicators
· Timely and accurate statutory compliance reviews and submissions.
· Closure of audit observations and contractor non-compliances within agreed timelines.
· Accuracy of CLMS records, compliance documentation and MIS.
· Minimum overdue licences, registrations and statutory records.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
