Qualification: B.Sc/DMLT
Experience: 8 to 12 Years
Salary: 25k to 35k
Location: Pochampalli
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily laboratory operations to ensure uninterrupted and efficient workflow.
- Ensure timely processing, analysis, validation, and reporting of laboratory investigations.
- Monitor turnaround time (TAT) and implement measures to improve laboratory efficiency.
- Ensure proper specimen collection, handling, transportation, storage, and disposal in accordance with established protocols.
- Coordinate laboratory activities across all sections, including Clinical Biochemistry, Hematology, Clinical Pathology, Microbiology, Serology, Immunology, and Molecular Diagnostics (where applicable).
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
