JOB DESCRIPTION – Quality Assurance (QA) Officer
Experience: 3–4 years

Position Summary
We are looking for a Quality Assurance (QA) Officer with hands-on experience in food testing
laboratories. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining quality systems, ensuring
compliance with NABL / FSSAI / ISO standards, and supporting laboratory operations through
documentation and audits.
Key Responsibilities
● Implement and maintain Quality Management System (QMS) as per NABL ISO/IEC
17025
● Preparation, review, and control of SOPs, manuals, formats, and records
● Handling internal audits, external audits, and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA)
● Ensure compliance with FSSAI, NABL, ISO, and regulatory guidelines
● Review test reports, calibration records, and validation documents
● Monitor non-conformances and root cause analysis
● Training laboratory staff on quality procedures and documentation
● Ensure proper sample traceability and record maintenance
Qualification & Experience
● MSc in Chemistry / Food Technology / Microbiology / Biochemistry
● 3–4 years of QA experience in a food testing laboratory
● Strong knowledge of ISO 17025, NABL documentation, FSSAI requirements

Salary
● 4.80 LPA to 6 LPA

Pay: ₹480,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
