Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Semi-Qualified Chartered Accountant to join our finance team. The role involves supporting financial reporting, taxation, audit, and accounting functions while gaining hands-on exposure to financial compliance and business operations. This position is ideal for candidates pursuing their CA qualification and looking to build strong practical experience.
Key Responsibilities1. Financial Reporting & Analysis
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements including Profit & Loss Account, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statements.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and statutory regulations.
- Perform financial analysis to support management decision-making.
2. Taxation
- Assist in preparation, filing, and planning of direct and indirect taxes.
- Support preparation of tax returns and related compliance documentation.
- Stay updated with changes in tax laws and regulations.
3. Audit Assistance
- Support internal and external audit processes with accurate and timely documentation.
- Prepare audit schedules, reports, and provide required information to auditors.
4. Accounting & Bookkeeping
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Maintain accurate ledgers and journals.
- Perform bank reconciliations and review accounts payable/receivable records.
5. Regulatory Compliance
- Support compliance with company policies and applicable legal regulations.
- Ensure proper maintenance of financial records for statutory and regulatory audits.
6. Other Responsibilities
- Coordinate with clients and senior management for financial reporting and queries.
- Assist in preparation of management reports and business forecasts.
- Provide inputs for cost optimization and process improvements.
RequirementsEducational Qualification
- Semi-qualified Chartered Accountant (CA Intermediate / IPCC or equivalent cleared levels).
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in accounting, finance, or auditing (internships may be considered).
- Experience with accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, or SAP is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of tax laws and accounting standards.
Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office tools.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Familiarity with accounting systems and financial tools.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
