Job Description – Branch Head
Organization: The Mishty Foundation (TMF)
Position Overview
The Branch Head is responsible for establishing, managing, and expanding the Foundation's operations within the assigned region. The primary responsibility is to build and lead a high-performing team that promotes The Mishty Foundation's education programs in schools, colleges, universities, coaching institutes, and other educational organizations.
The Branch Head will ensure that team members achieve their outreach targets, develop strong institutional relationships, and successfully increase participation in the Foundation's educational initiatives.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
1. Team Building & Leadership
Recruit, develop, and manage your own branch team.
Candidates who already have an experienced outreach or marketing team may begin operations immediately with their existing team.
If you do not have a team, The Mishty Foundation will provide lead data, and the HR Department will assist you in recruiting suitable team members.
Train and motivate team members to achieve branch goals.
Assign daily responsibilities and monitor individual performance.
Conduct regular team meetings and review progress.
2. Educational Institution Outreach
Visit schools, colleges, universities, coaching institutes, and educational organizations personally or through your team.
Introduce The Mishty Foundation's education programs and social initiatives.
Build long-term relationships with principals, directors, management, and education authorities.
Encourage institutions to participate in Foundation programs, scholarship initiatives, skill development projects, and awareness campaigns.
Coordinate presentations, seminars, orientation sessions, and awareness programs.
3. Branch Operations
Plan daily, weekly, and monthly branch activities.
Prepare execution strategies to achieve branch targets.
Monitor field activities conducted by your team.
Ensure proper reporting and documentation of every institutional visit.
Maintain accurate records of meetings, follow-ups, and participation.
4. Team Guidance & Support
Provide continuous guidance and mentoring to team members.
Help the team overcome challenges during field visits and presentations.
Develop new marketing and outreach ideas to improve results.
Support team members in closing institutional partnerships and registrations.
Encourage teamwork, discipline, and professional conduct.
5. Planning & Strategy
Prepare daily execution plans and assign work accordingly.
Develop local marketing strategies to increase awareness of Foundation programs.
Identify new opportunities for partnerships and community engagement.
Analyze branch performance and implement improvement plans.
6. Reporting
Submit Daily Work Reports (DWR) and Weekly Progress Reports.
Share branch performance, team productivity, institutional visits, and achievements with Head Office.
Maintain transparency in branch operations and communication.
Team Support from The Mishty Foundation
The Foundation will support the Branch Head with:
HR assistance for recruitment.
Candidate and lead data (as required).
Training and orientation programs.
Marketing materials, brochures, presentations, and promotional content.
Official ID card, authorization letter, and institutional support documents.
Guidance from the Head Office whenever required.
Required Skills
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to motivate and mentor a team.
Good planning and organizational skills.
Confidence in meeting educational institution authorities.
Problem-solving and decision-making ability.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets, Email, WhatsApp).
Willingness to travel within the assigned area.
Preferred Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline (Postgraduate preferred).
Experience in education, NGO, sales, business development, marketing, institutional relations, or team management is preferred.
Fresh candidates with strong leadership qualities may also apply.

Build and maintain an active branch team.
Ensure regular visits to educational institutions.
Achieve monthly institutional participation targets.
Maintain high-quality reporting and follow-up.
Demonstrate leadership, professionalism, and commitment to the Foundation's mission.
Reporting To
Regional Head / State Head / Head Office – The Mishty Foundation
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
