1. Job Title: Sales & Business Development Executive
Job Summary
The primary goal is to drive revenue by identifying new business opportunities and selling CCTV products and surveillance solutions to residential, commercial, and industrial clients.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation: Identify potential clients through cold calling, field visits, and networking with builders, contractors, and architects.
Site Surveys: Conduct physical site inspections to determine camera placement, wiring needs, and the specific security requirements of the client.
Technical Sales: Explain the technical differences between various systems (e.g., IP vs. Analog, thermal imaging, PTZ cameras) and recommend the best fit for the client.
Quotations & Closing: Prepare detailed proposals and professional quotations. Negotiate terms and close deals to meet monthly targets.
After-Sales Support: Coordinate with the technical/installation team to ensure timely setup and follow up with clients for feedback.
AMC Sales: Promote and sell Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) to ensure long-term service revenue.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Electronics.
Experience: 1–3 years in field sales (security systems, IT hardware, or telecom preferred).

Skills: Strong negotiation skills, basic understanding of networking (IP addresses, NVR/DVR configurations), and excellent communication.
Mobility: Must possess a valid driver’s license and a personal vehicle for client visits.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
