Key Roles & Responsibilities: (Assorter)
- Sort and segregate diamonds, gemstones, LGD, Polki, and jewellery based on size, shape, colour, quality, and customer requirements.
- Verify articles received against job cards, invoices, or laboratory submission forms.
- Prepare articles for grading, testing, and certification.
- Ensure proper tagging, labeling, and tracking of all customer articles.
- Maintain accurate records of inward and outward movement of articles.
- Coordinate with graders and laboratory staff for smooth workflow.
- Handle customer valuables with the highest level of care and confidentiality.
- Identify and report any discrepancies, damages, or mismatches immediately.
- Ensure articles are packed, stored, and transferred securely within the laboratory.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the assortment and work area.
- Follow laboratory SOPs, quality standards, and security protocols.
- Assist in inventory verification and stock reconciliation when required.
- Support the laboratory team in meeting daily productivity and turnaround time (TAT) targets.
- Perform any other laboratory-related duties assigned by the reporting manager.
Roles & Responsibilities: (Jewellery Grader)
- Assess and grade gemstones and diamond jewelry based on clarity, cut, color, caratweight, and overall quality.
- Ensure accurate documentation of grading details for certification purposes.
- Work closely with the lab team to maintain quality standards.
- Assist with mobile lab visits for on-site evaluations.
- Provide feedback on gemstone quality and suggest improvements where necessary.
- Stay updated on industry standards and grading techniques.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
