1. Design & Drafting
- Prepare detailed AutoCAD drawings for Home Automation systems including lighting automation, motorized curtains/blinds, gate & door automation, window openers, sensors, AV integration, CCTV, access control, and network layouts.
- Create wiring diagrams, device placement layouts, conduit routes, control panel drawings, and schematic diagrams.
- Update drawings based on site measurements, design changes, and client inputs.
2. System Planning & Engineering
- Interpret project requirements, architectural layouts, and BOQs to create accurate system designs.
- Support the engineering team in preparing load calculations, cable schedules, and panel configurations.
- Assist in defining hardware locations, cable pathways, and integration points for all automation devices.
3. Documentation & Quality Control
- Prepare complete design documentation packages for execution teams (layouts, schematics, elevations, and connection diagrams).
- Maintain drawing standards, version control, and ensure all drawings are aligned with company templates and project guidelines.
- Review and revise drawings to meet quality, accuracy, and compliance standards.
4. Coordination & Communication
- Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and technicians to ensure the design is clearly understood and implemented correctly.
- Work with architects, MEP consultants, and vendors to incorporate automation requirements into architectural and interior plans.
- Participate in technical discussions to resolve design-related issues.
5. Technical Support
- Provide design clarifications and issue revised drawings based on site conditions.
- Support the installation team with technical drawings and on-site measurements when required.
- Assist in identifying design conflicts and propose practical solutions.
6. Software & Tools
- Work with AutoCAD (mandatory) and, if needed, tools like MS Office, Visio, SketchUp, or Revit.
- Maintain organized project files, drawing archives, and documentation.
7. Compliance & Standards
- Ensure all designs follow electrical, safety, and company standards.
- Apply best practices for home automation wiring, device placement, and integration.
Pay: ₹27,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
