Minimum 5 years of experience in fleet management, preferably in Construction Equipment Rental, Trucked Mounted Crane(TMC), Tower Crane Rental, Passenger Hoist . Responsible for coordinating operators and drivers, equipment deployment, preventive and breakdown maintenance, vendor/workshop coordination, client relationship management, and RTO documentation. Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills are essential. Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate / Diploma/ ITI .
Job Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of construction equipment fleet.
- Coordinate with operators and drivers for equipment deployment.
- Arrange operators/drivers as required at project sites.
- Ensure preventive maintenance and breakdown repairs are completed on time.
- Coordinate with vendors and repair workshops for quick machine restoration.
- Maintain good relationships with clients and ensure prompt service support.
- Monitor equipment utilization, uptime, and operational efficiency.
- Handle RTO documentation, permits, insurance, and statutory compliance for equipment movement.
- Maintain maintenance records and submit periodic reports.
- Do site visits as and when required.
Required Skills
- Experience in fleet management of construction equipment.
- Knowledge of maintenance planning and breakdown management.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of RTO documentation and equipment transportation.
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, MS Office, Email).
