Role: Sales Business Development Manager
Department: Sales & Marketing
Report to: Dy General Manager – Sales, North
Purpose of Position The role is dedicated to driving immediate growth by identifying and developing new business opportunities within assigned territories. With a short-term horizon of 0–1 year, it focuses on engaging key customer segments to strengthen DEIF’s market presence and accelerate local/regional market growth.
Major Responsibilities & Mandates
Lead business development efforts in designated countries/regions and/or with specific customer segments (e.g., OEMs, EPCs, contractors, and panel builders).
Initiate and manage direct engagements with selected customers and partners.
Negotiate contracts with selected customers and partners Assist the Managing Director or VP in identifying new market opportunities and supporting the execution of local/regional sales initiatives.
Contribute to the development of regional sales forecasts and budget planning for the upcoming fiscal year.
Working Tasks
Expand DEIF’s business through proactive engagement with local/regional partners and customers to better understand and meet their needs Drive business growth by identifying and capitalizing on new local or regional opportunities within a short timeframe.
Provide market insights and customer feedback to Product Management and Strategic Business Development team. Offer input on product specifications and feature requirements based on market needs. Monitor and report on short-term sales opportunities and pipeline development.
Qualifications
Educational background in sales, engineering, or a related technical field with a track record of min 3 years of experience in roles as sales hunter, business developer etc.
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken. Experience in business development or technical sales is preferred.

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,900,000.00 per month
