The primary responsibility of a Customer Service Executive is to handle customer interactions professionally and resolve customer queries in a timely manner. The role involves making outbound calls, generating leads for personal loans, assisting customers with product information, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring a positive customer experience while achieving daily performance targets.

- Tamil: V4 candidates preferred
- Malayalam, Telugu & Kannada: V3 candidates are also eligible
