We are looking for a high-energy "Hunter" who can help us expand our market footprint.
The Role
This is a comprehensive B2B Lead Generation role. You will be responsible for the entire top-of-the-funnel sales process—from finding the data to making the pitch and securing the lead. This is a target-based role suited for individuals who are self-motivated and results-driven. Your goal is to find and qualify potential B2B clients (Corporates/SMEs). You are not required to close sales or handle transactions. Your responsibility is to warm up the prospect and pass a "ready-to-buy" lead to our senior sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Extraction: Research and extract contact databases of potential B2B clients (Corporates and SMEs).
- Email Marketing: Execute mass emailing campaigns using the extracted data to build awareness.
- Cold/Tele-Calling: Follow up on emails via cold calling to pitch our laptop distribution services.
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify prospects to build a robust sales pipeline.
- LinkedIn Advertising: Run targeted ads and outreach on LinkedIn to reach decision-makers.
- Content Creation: Design posters, EDMs (Electronic Direct Mail), and short videos for laptop sales advertisements.
- The Hand-off: Successfully transfer qualified leads to the sales team for closing.
- Tracking & Reporting: Diligently fill out lead forms and CRM sheets to track all daily activity and progress.
Requirements & Success Metrics
Must-Haves
Proven ability to extract data and handle high-volume cold calling/emailing. Proficiency in basic design tools for posters/videos.
Nice-to-Haves
Prior experience in B2B sales, laptop/IT hardware distribution, or digital marketing agencies.
Soft Skills
Excellent communication, confident pitching ability, resilience in the face of rejection, and high level of accountability.
Success Metrics
Number of verified leads generated weekly, conversion rate from cold call to lead form, and quality of B2B database built.
The primary metric for your salary payout is the quantity and quality of leads generated, not the final sales revenue.
