Scalar Techhub Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with a strong client network and proven experience in generating business for IT services and software development projects.
The ideal candidate should be capable of bringing new clients, closing software development deals, and building long-term business relationships.
Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities and acquire clients for software development services.
- Bring in web, mobile app, custom software, SaaS, and enterprise application projects.
- Leverage existing client relationships and professional networks.
- Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to project closure.
- Conduct client meetings, requirement discussions, proposal presentations, and negotiations.
- Work closely with technical teams to prepare project estimates and proposals.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Requirements
- 3+ years of Business Development experience in IT Services or Software Development.
- Strong client base and industry connections.
- Proven track record of acquiring software development projects.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Experience with LinkedIn, Upwork, Freelancer, Clutch, or other lead generation platforms is a plus.
- Target-oriented and self-driven professional.
Preferred
- Experience selling Web Development, Mobile App Development, Dedicated Teams, Staff Augmentation, SaaS, or Custom Software Solutions.
- Exposure to international markets (US, UK, Europe, Middle East) will be an advantage.
