F&B Manager cum Captain

About the Role
Shahiris Restaurant is looking for a passionate, customer-focused, and experienced F&B Manager cum Captain to lead our restaurant operations and deliver an exceptional dining experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations.
- Lead and supervise the service team.
- Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction.
- Handle staff scheduling, training, and performance.
- Coordinate with the kitchen for smooth service.
- Monitor food quality, hygiene, and cleanliness standards.
- Manage billing, cash handling, and daily sales reports.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally.
- Maintain inventory and support cost control initiatives.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a restaurant as a Captain, Supervisor, or F&B Manager.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, POS systems, and KOT management.
- Ability to work under pressure and during peak hours.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
