BoilingCode LLP is building TappyTray, an all-in-one mobile application that helps residential societies manage visitors, notices, complaints, maintenance, and connects residents with nearby businesses and daily services.
We are expanding rapidly and looking for energetic Field Sales Executives to onboard residential societies.
Responsibilities
- Visit residential societies daily.
- Meet RWAs, Presidents, Secretaries, and Management Committee members.
- Explain the benefits of TappyTray.
- Give product demonstrations.
- Convince societies to adopt the platform.
- Help residents install and register on the app.
- Coordinate with the internal support team during onboarding.
- Build long-term relationships with society management.
- Collect feedback from societies.
- Maintain daily visit and onboarding reports.
- Achieve monthly onboarding targets.
Requirements
- Graduate preferred.
- 1–3 years of field sales or business development experience.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi.
- Basic English communication is an advantage.
- Comfortable with mobile applications.
- Own two-wheeler preferred.
- Valid driving license preferred.
- Self-driven and target-oriented.
Freshers with excellent communication and confidence may also apply.
