Position: Help Desk Coordinator

Location: Agarpara, Kolkata, West Bengal
Job Summary
We are looking for a customer-focused and organized Help Desk Coordinator to manage customer interactions at the service workshop. The role involves assisting customers, coordinating service appointments, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth communication between customers and the service team.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers visiting the service workshop and provide assistance.
- Handle customer inquiries related to vehicle servicing and workshop operations.
- Manage service appointment bookings and customer registrations.
- Coordinate with Service Advisors and workshop staff for timely customer support.
- Maintain customer records and update relevant information in the system.
- Guide customers regarding service procedures, waiting times, and service status.
- Ensure proper customer flow at the workshop help desk.
- Assist in handling customer feedback and resolving basic concerns.
- Maintain professional front desk operations and uphold customer service standards.
- Prepare and maintain daily reports and documentation as required.
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline preferred.
Experience
- 0–2 years of experience in customer service, front desk, reception, or coordination roles.
- Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-centric approach and positive attitude.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, Email).
- Good organizational and coordination abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
