Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as an
Account Executive. As an essential part of our sales and business development
efforts, the Account Executive will be responsible for nurturing and expanding
our client base while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintaining all books of accounts.
Daily Entry in Tally – sales, purchase, receipt, payment.
Internal Auditing, Verification of Invoices & Payments.
Preparing MIS Reports Weekly, Quarterly, Annual).
Weekly preparing handling account receivables & payables.
Management of Logistics, Hospitality Services, Vendors & Service
Providers.
Statutory payments like TDS, GST.
Booking all purchase invoice & sales invoice & Sales register, handling
petty cash.
Perform any other accounting or administrative duties assigned by the company from time to time.
Requirements:
M. Com, Bachelor's degree Accounting, Finance or a related field
equivalent experience.
Max 2 years’ experience required.
Time management.
Bookkeeping, Accounting, and Auditing.
Tally is must.
MSCIT, Tally ERP - 9, Microsoft Excel.
Advance excel.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
