AI/ML Engineer – Job Description
We are looking for a passionate and skilled AI/ML Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models and AI-powered solutions to solve real-world business problems. The candidate should have strong analytical thinking, programming expertise, and hands-on experience with modern AI technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, train, test, and deploy Machine Learning and Deep Learning models.
- Work on AI-based applications such as predictive analytics, recommendation systems, NLP, and computer vision.
- Collect, clean, and preprocess structured and unstructured data.
- Optimize model performance, scalability, and accuracy.
- Integrate AI/ML models into production environments and APIs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, analysts, and product teams.
- Monitor model performance and retrain models when required.
- Research and implement latest AI/ML technologies and industry best practices.
- Prepare technical documentation and reports.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Artificial Intelligence concepts.
- Proficiency in Python programming.
- Experience with libraries/frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Pandas, NumPy, and OpenCV.
- Understanding of NLP, Generative AI, LLMs, or Computer Vision is an added advantage.
- Experience with model deployment and REST APIs.
- Knowledge of SQL, databases, and data handling techniques.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Understanding of Git/version control systems.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
