Position: Business Development Head – Construction
Location: Chennai & PAN India (Extensive Travel Required)
Experience: 12–20+ Years
Industry: Construction / Infrastructure / EPC
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business development strategies across India.
- Identify and secure projects in:
- Roads & Highways
- Commercial Buildings
- Residential Building
- Industrial BuildingsInfrastructure & Civil Construction
- Build strong relationships with government departments, private developers, consultants, architects, and EPC clients.
- Identify upcoming tenders and lead the complete bidding process.
- Negotiate contracts and close high-value construction projects.
- Work closely with estimation and project execution teams to ensure successful project acquisition.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
