Skilzon Careers LLP is looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Officer (BDO) to join our Sales & Marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth through corporate partnerships and student enrollments.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits, networking, referrals, and digital platforms.
- Develop partnerships with corporates, educational institutions, and training organizations.
- Promote Skilzon's IT training programs, internships, corporate training, and certification courses.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Generate, qualify, and convert leads into business opportunities.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Negotiate business proposals and close sales successfully.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales reports.
- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Academic teams to ensure seamless client onboarding.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (Mandatory).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Marketing.
- Experience in EdTech, IT Training, Technology Services, Software Sales, or Corporate Sales is preferred.
- Experience in both B2B and B2C sales is an advantage.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Target-oriented with strong sales acumen.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Experience with CRM tools (LeadSquared, Zoho CRM, or similar) is preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
