Role Overview:
The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering projects that support business growth, learner engagement, and operational excellence. The role requires close collaboration with product, technology, academic, sales, marketing, content, and operations teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Own projects from initiation through successful completion, ensuring clear objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans, milestones, resource requirements, and budgets.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including Product, Technology, Academic, Content, Sales, Marketing, and Operations.
- Manage the development and launch of new courses, learning programs, digital products, platforms, and student initiatives.
- Track project progress, identify delays or dependencies, and take corrective action.
- Manage project risks, issues, scope changes, and stakeholder expectations.
- Conduct regular project review meetings and provide clear progress reports to leadership.
- Work closely with technology teams to coordinate platform, LMS, app, website, and feature launches.
- Coordinate with academic and content teams to ensure.
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
