Job Title – Maintenance Engineer
Qualification: Diploma/B.E. in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
Experience: 2–5 years in manufacturing plant maintenance (PCB/Electronics industry preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of PCB manufacturing machines.
- Ensure maximum machine uptime and minimize production downtime.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic faults.
- Maintain utilities such as air compressors, chillers, DG sets, HVAC, and electrical systems.
- Prepare and maintain maintenance schedules, checklists, and records.
- Coordinate with production to ensure smooth machine operation.
- Monitor spare parts inventory and initiate procurement as required.
- Implement 5S, safety practices, and continuous improvement activities.
- Analyze machine failures and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Support installation, commissioning, and validation of new equipment.
Required Skills:
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of PLC, sensors, motors, VFDs, and electrical control panels.
- Understanding of TPM, preventive maintenance, MTTR, and MTBF.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
