What You'll Do
- Deliver warm, personalized, and attentive guest service.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately while confidently recommending menu items.
- Coordinate seamlessly with the bar and kitchen teams to ensure timely service.
- Maintain impeccable service standards, cleanliness, and table presentation.
- Build genuine rapport with guests and create memorable dining experiences.
- Handle guest requests and feedback professionally.
- Uphold the brand's SOPs and hospitality standards at all times.
What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience as a Captain or Senior Steward in premium restaurants, bars, or luxury hospitality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of food, beverages, wines, and cocktails.
- A positive attitude with a passion for guest service.
- Ability to perform efficiently in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- Team player with a keen eye for detail and presentation.
