The Field Supervisor will work closely with the Seed R&D Department and will be responsible for managing seed trials at farm locations. The role involves field-level execution and monitoring of seed trials conducted on lease farms as well as farmers’ own fields.
- Conduct and manage seed trials as per R&D guidelines.
- Manage multiple trials of different seed varieties during the season.
- Oversee complete trial lifecycle from sowing to harvesting.
- Perform day-to-day farm management activities.
- Maintain accurate records related to sowing, crop growth, inputs, and harvesting.
- Share complete trial data, observations, and reports with the R&D Department.
- Coordinate with farmers for smooth trial execution.
- Ensure timely monitoring during crop seasons.

- B.Sc. Agriculture graduates will be preferred
