About the Role
will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment of sales professionals across multiple territories, ensuring the organization attracts and hires high-performing talent to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, campus hiring, and recruitment agencies.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate hiring manager interviews.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified sales candidates.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Negotiate offers and coordinate onboarding activities.
- Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and offer acceptance rate.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
